When the goal is to book yourself full-time, you may find that sometimes, it has its challenges and sacrifices. Yes, you could get a part-time job and then work around the schedule you are given or you could remain contracting yourself out. Here are three other ways to make money LITERALLY on your own schedule.
#1.) Become an Event Host for Airbnb Experience.
This is an independent contractor job.
An Airbnb Experience Host is different from being an Airbnb (rent my place) Host.
An Airbnb Experience Host is a local who puts together an adventure for others to experience. Airbnb Experiences are activities designed and led by inspiring locals. They go beyond typical tours or classes by immersing guests in each host's unique world. It's an opportunity for anyone to share their hobbies, skills, or expertise without needing an extra room.

Airbnb Experience Hosts are social butterflies ... just like you! This is a great way to earn money by sharing and creating a good time and memories that generate unique experiences that others will enjoy. You set your own rate per person who wants to book you for your activity, you set the time, date and meet up location. Airbnb will handle payments, provide you a profile for each event you have and your guests rate their experience with you. Yes, all experiences you provide are approved by Airbnb first to make sure that your experience follows suit with their values.
Have you ever went out of town and didn't know what exactly there was to do in that city? Wish you knew someone who knew what was going on in town that you could call on instead of searching the internet for things to do? Airbnb Experiences is a solution for that. But we need more Hosts who are willing to host these types of happenings/events (referred to as Experiences). HOST ON YOUR TERMS: Set a schedule that works for you, whether you host daily, weekly, or monthly. Pick your price and group size, and manage all the details on the go with a convenient mobile app. YOUR TOOLS: You'll get your own page on Airbnb that travelers and even locals can use to book your Experience. Airbnb handles payment processing, provides 24-hour customer service and covers liability insurance.
Hosts are chefs, artists, foodies, socialites, artists, in-the-know locals and etc. like you who give their guests access to activities and places they can't typically find on their own.

#2.) Be a Lyft Driver.
This is an independent contractor job.
Don't knock it until you tried it. When I say this is EASY money! It's E-Z money! Click here or on the Lyft logo to sign up using my code.
Here's the deal for those in Atlanta:
By signing up using my code or this link below, if you're approved, all you have to do is give 35 rides per week to make $350 each week in your first 4 weeks to earn $1,400. So in total within 4 weeks you are to complete 140 rides (because 35 rides for 4 weeks equals 140 rides) you are projected to earn $1,400 ... BUT as a new driver, if you don't end up making $1,400 within 4 weeks, then Lyft will pay you the difference. See, a win-win situation. It's worth it, I know first hand. Now of course, your driver's license must be current and valid, along with your vehicle meeting Lyft's qualifications and once your driver profile is approved, you must maintain a certain star rating. Easy money and to be honest, if you set a goal of completing 5 rides a day, within a week, you would have reach the 35 ride per week goal. Click the link to read the details.
Here's the link again for Atlanta:
(you can copy and paste this link into a new browser too if the link does't work by clicking on it).
Here's the deal for those who are NOT in Atlanta:
By signing up using my code or the same link above, the concept is still the same, HOWEVER, the *guaranteed may be a different amount depending on the city you are in. It may be higher or lower or the same, but you would have to click the link and sign up for the details pertaining to your city.
* - only for new drivers.
Also, make sure to check back next month for my workshop and blog about being a Lyft and Uber driver for tips.
Why do I suggest this particular work? Because if you didn't get booked for a local event that you wanted especially if it's an event like a sports game or big convention, attendees order Lyft and Uber drivers to get them to the event. Why not at least be the driver that get those ride requests! #EasyMoney #SmartMoney
#3.) Be an Uber Driver (yes, you can be a Lyft & Uber driver at the same time)
This is an independent contractor job.
Again, similar concept, just a different brand, nonetheless easy money too. Now... keeping it all the way 100, sometimes Uber puts stipulations on how you are to qualify for a bonus, so make sure you read the terms and conditions. But again, you can use my code by clicking on the Uber logo above or using the like below.
Here's the deal for those in Atlanta:
Earn at least $125, Guaranteed* to drive with Uber. Sign up to drive and earn at least $125 guaranteed for your first 20 trips taken in Atlanta within 90 days of sign up. Click the link to read the details.
And here's the deal for those who are NOT in Atlanta:
If you sign up in a different city, your guaranteed amount and minimum trip requirements may vary. Terms apply. Click the link to read the details.
(you can copy and paste this link into a new browser too if the link does't work by clicking on it).
* - only for new drivers.

#4.) Sign up for TaskRabbit and get contracted for odd jobs that may also include EVENTs!
This is an independent contractor job.
This is a site where you create a profile and list your talents and capabilities. On your profile, you state your own rate. YUP, you read that correct... you post the rate you go by. Then those who are looking to hire people like yourself with your talent/skills/capabilities can filter for what they are looking for and if you fit what they are looking for, they can reach out to you through the site. You two work out the terms and conditions and decide if it's a contract you want to take. The reason I mention this site is because unlike sites like TrustedHerd (which is a site a lot promos use), TaskRabbit isn't limited to just promo events. Also, another big difference is that when being booked through TaskRabbit, the person hiring you isn't always a company, sometimes you're being hired by an individual person or persons. However, whoever is hiring you pays you through the site and the site handles your payroll. Click here or the link below or the logo above to sign up.
